This is so expertly done! The writing is intriguing and the visual effects and formatting really enhance the narrative. I'd say my interpretation of this one is "you can't help those who don't want to help themselves", even when you're a licensed professional. I can also relate to being a kid and just "bleeding everywhere", but none of the adults around me care, nor even able to see it, and just keep telling me to simply "sweat", try harder. It continues even now.
